Morning:
Rise and shine with movement sessions, join a refreshing outdoor run, a gentle walk in nature, or a Pilates flow to wake up your body. Add some light stretches or mobility exercises to start the day feeling strong and energized.
Late Morning:
Enjoy a wholesome breakfast and take some time for yourself / journal, read, or simply soak in the surroundings.
Afternoon:
Your time, your choice! Explore the local area, relax by the retreat space, or join optional mini sessions for Pilates, mobility, or coaching tips to refine your skills. Connect with other participants or enjoy quiet reflection.
Evening:
Wind down with gentle movement or a mindful practice. Share stories, reflect on your day, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as the sun sets.
Each day is designed to be flexible, allowing you to move at your own pace, choose your favorite activities, and focus on what feels best for your body and mind.
Rafaella Xylia is a wellness & running coach and Pilates instructor with a passion for movement, community, and total well-being. She is the founder of the Yes Coach Community, an online holistic coaching platform focused on helping people reconnect with their bodies, build consistency, and enjoy movement as a sustainable lifestyle / not a punishment.
With a background in Health Visiting and certifications in Pilates, Rafaella combines evidence-based training with a human-centered, inclusive approach. She has worked as a running coach, fitness coach, content creator, and event planner, collaborating with international sports and wellness brands and leading community runs, group training sessions, and experiential wellness events that bring people together through movement.
Rafaella is an active runner herself and specializes in helping people of all levels build confidence through running, strength training, and mindful movement. Her retreats are designed to create space for reset, connection, and joy/where movement meets rest, and performance meets presence.
🗓️ Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a full refund for any cancellations made on or before March 12, 2026—three months before the retreat starts.
After this date, all venue payments are final, and unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re happy to help with any questions you may have.
By registering for and participating in this retreat hosted by Imagine Greece Retreats (IGR), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that my participation in retreat activities—including, but not limited to, yoga, meditation, sightseeing, hiking, and other physical or group activities—carries inherent risks that may result in personal injury, illness, or other unforeseen consequences. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any such risks, known or unknown, and confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Imagine Greece Retreats (IGR), its organizers, faculty, staff, contractors, and the host venue from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, including those resulting from negligence, that may arise from or relate to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or inconvenience incurred during my participation in the retreat.
Financial Responsibility: I agree to be solely financially responsible for any medical treatment, transportation, or additional services required as a result of an injury or emergency while attending the retreat.
Voluntary Participation & Right to Withdraw: I understand that all activities are voluntary, and I may choose not to participate in any activity that I feel may pose a risk to my well-being. I agree to inform the retreat staff of any concerns or discomfort as soon as possible.
Compliance with Safety Guidelines: I agree to follow all written and verbal instructions and safety guidelines provided by IGR and its representatives. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from certain activities or the retreat itself, without refund.
Waiver of Claims: By signing below, I expressly waive the right to bring any legal action or claim against IGR, its faculty, staff, or affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from my participation in the retreat, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
I have read and fully understand this waiver of liability and assumption of risk. I acknowledge that by participating in this retreat, I am entering into a binding legal agreement.
A bus or hotel van will be waiting to transport you to and from the hotel upon arrival and departure.
All five nights at Lakki Village Hotel are covered in the Wellness Retreat fee.

Buffet breakfast is served every day from 8:00 - 10:30 with a wide variety of dishes and beverages: Coffee, tea, juices, jam, cheeses, olives, eggs, warm dishes, seasonal fruits, and more ...

The ancient village of Chora is a magnificent sight to see, with its historic windmills still adorning the hillside.
The 11th-century monastery Hozoviotissa is a wonder that must be seen.
We take you from the village of Tholaria across a mountain path to the neighboring village called Lagada for a picturesque walk.
We can advise, however attendees must find their own way to and from Greece.
Blue Star Ferries offers tickets online. Please plan ahead and get your tickets to Amorgos before the retreat begins, and for when the retreat is over.
The one thing your fee does not cover are beverages. All beverages can be charged to your room and settled up upon check-out.
As noted above, all alcoholic beverages can be charged to your room and settled up later.
The hotel supplies us with buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch can be ordered at the restaurant, or in town.
Please investigate what travel insurance works best for you, if needed.
There may be a small fee of a few euros when checking out to cover the hotel tax fee the Greek government imposes upon hotels.
